Cherie Cowan

Financial Administrator

Cheri Cowan On the Job:
Cherie joined Sugar Land Veterinary Specialists as our Financial Administrator in 2009 after a long career in the petrochemical industry. Her corporate experience in strategic planning, business management and data analysis coupled with a passion for pets is helping SLVS successfully expand our practice and services to the community. In corporate America, Cherie traveled throughout much of South and Central America supporting a large customer base to convert their manufacturing processes to use environmentally preferred raw materials. Additionally, she was a long standing member of a global consortium of petrochemical producers leading environmental impact research.

Outside of Work:
Cherie enjoys helping others learn to play the piano, leading Bible Study classes, and being a wife & mom to two children, two dogs (Henry & Oliver) and four cats (Cole, Clyde, Obie, and Snerdley).
