 		 On the Job:
Dr. Lyons has been board certified by the American College of Veterinary Radiology since 2007.  He has been working as a radiation oncologist in the Southern California area since completing his residency.  Having the expertise of a consulting radiation oncologist on our team allows us to ensure that case planning and treatments are being designed under the most effective protocols supported by both literature and Dr. Lyons' clinical experience.  Bringing his expertise to this part of the country allows us to offer the very best in state-of-the-art oncology services to our community.  All oncologic cases will be evaluated through Dr. Novosad to ensure continuity in patient care.  Dr. Novosad will work directly with Dr. Lyons in cases where radiation oncology is indicated.

Education:
2007 - Residency in Radiation Oncology, North Carolina State University in conjunction with Duke University and University of North Carolina
2005 - Small Animal Rotating Internship, VCA West Los Angeles
2004 - Doctor of Veterinary medicine, University of California at Davis
