The Diagnostic Imaging Section is headed by Dr. Charlie Quick. This specialty section supports the other specialty sections and emergency critical care section with x-ray, ultrasound and CT procedures and case consultations. Dr. Quick also accepts direct appointments from pet owners referred by their veterinarian.

Telemedicine
One of the fastest growing new technologies in veterinary medicine is the use of the internet to transmit diagnostic images, i.e. x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound and color pictures and ECG strips, to a specialist for consultation. Our Diagnostic Imaging Section offers this service to veterinarians typically with a same day reporting. The process is easier with digital x-ray equipment but can be accomplished with a Radiographic Digital Converter or a digital camera on a holding device.
